Product warranties
Tyres and batteries may include a manufacturer or supplier warranty. The exact cover, duration and exclusions depend on the specific product supplied. Ask for the applicable warranty details before purchase and keep your invoice or written confirmation.
Workmanship concerns
If you believe there is a problem with the fitting or service completed by our team, contact us promptly with the invoice, vehicle details, photographs and a description of the issue. We will review the concern and explain the next step.
Common exclusions
Warranties generally do not cover accidental or impact damage, punctures from road debris, misuse, driving on a flat tyre, incorrect vehicle use, external electrical faults, normal wear, unauthorised repair or problems unrelated to the supplied product or completed work.
