Quotes and availability
Website content is general information. Service availability, parts, price and estimated arrival must be confirmed directly for the specific location, vehicle and condition. A message does not create a confirmed booking until the team accepts it.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate vehicle and location information, obtain property or parking permission and keep the vehicle in a safe, accessible position. Do not request work in a location where the technician or other road users would be exposed to unreasonable danger.
Inspection and additional faults
A remote description or photograph may not reveal the full condition. The technician may recommend a different service, decline unsafe work or revise a quote when the actual problem, product specification or access differs from the information provided.
Payments and products
Confirm price, payment method and product specification before work begins. Keep the invoice or written confirmation for warranty enquiries.
